A few months back, Microsoft offered the preview version of Office 2013 and Office 365 for the public, where final or RTM version is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2013, this year, but it is already available for Technet and MSDN subscribers and Windows RT devices.

Sometimes, you have to completely remove and reinstall Microsoft Office to fix corruption issues: Windows - Office 2007 / 2010 / 2013 - Uninstalling. (The package of forced Office 2007 and 2010 uninstallation if it is not possible to uninstall them from the Control Panel.) To remove Office 2013 and 2016, another tool is used, O15CTRRemove.diagcab package, that also contains OffScrub scripts (see the note below).
